Ryan brings over 11 years of expertise in affordable housing acquisitions, development, and preservation, with a career spanning over 40 properties across 12 states and more than 10,000 units. 

 

Ryan’s experience includes leadership roles at some of the industry’s most respected companies. He began his career at Hudson Valley Property Group, before joining Lincoln Avenue Capital where he was instrumental in building and leading its acquisition/rehab division through a period of unprecedented growth. He later served as Vice President of Conifer Realty, overseeing its acquisition/rehab platform and driving expansion during a critical growth stage. His track record of success at these firms not only showcases his technical expertise, but also his ability to scale platforms into some of the largest and most successful in the industry.

 

At Overland Property Group, Ryan leads the firm’s Acquisition & Rehab Division, Summit Preservation Group (SPG). His deep expertise, national perspective, and proven ability to grow platforms will be central to establishing and expanding this division, while also adding valuable insight to OPG’s broader growth. Ryan’s leadership strengthens OPG’s commitment to pairing industry-leading execution with its unique, relationship-driven culture.

 

Ryan holds a joint MBA and Master of Environmental Management from Yale University, and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Columbia University. Originally from San Diego, he now resides in Denver, Colorado, where he enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing.
