Stonepost Lofts is an exciting, new addition to Overland Property Group's historic rehabilitation portfollio. Located in Hays, KS, this building was formally known as The Washington Elementary School until relocating in 2020. This impressive schoolhouse will be rehabilitated to restore its historic charm and character, with the attention and care to detail that Overland Property Group has become known for with our historic work. Once the rehabiliation has concluded, Stonepost Lofts will provide 18 affordable units to families in Hays in need of affordable housing. This site will feature ample green space, a community room, and playground. Residents will call Stonepost Lofts home beginning in January of 2022.

Laurel Flats is an 88 unit multi-family development located in Tyler, TX. Overland Property Group acquired this aging development in 2020 and concluded renovations in October of 2021, providing residents with updated modern interiors and amenities, while still remaining affordable. This community's amenities include, but is not limited to, a shared laundry facility, on-site manager, fitness center, and playground.

The Reserves at Green Valley Ranch is an exciting, upcoming development located in the highly sought after Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of Denver, CO. Located just minutes from Denver International Airport and mountain views, this community will truly be one of a kind. This development will boast an impressive 144 units of affordable, multifamily housing for young professionals and families, alike. Our modern unit interiors will include 8 foot windows, luxury vinyl tile flooring, in unit washer & dryers, and energy-star rated appliances. In the amenity-laden clubhouse alone, residents will enjoy a game room, private theater, co-working space, conference room, and lounge. This will truly be a live-work-play community, with countless restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities within walking distance. The Reserves at Green Valley Ranch will be open to residents in fall of 2022.

The Reserves at Holdsworth will be Overland Property Group's second development located in Kerrville, TX. With 36 units, this development will provide much needed affordable multi-family housing to the City's residents. Community members will enjoy our fitness center, sport court, dog park, community room, and more. The Reserves at Holdsworth will be open to families in February of 2023.


Residence at Ridgehill

The Residence at Ridgehill is an affordable senior living community located in scenic Kerrville, TX. Comprised of 43 units, this development will be open to residents in December of 2022. Residents will enjoy an array of amenities including in-unit washers & dryers, a community room, fitness center, resident events, and more. 

Clifton Riverside 

This Fort Worth, TX multifamily development will include 94 new residential units.

Heritage at Abilene 

Heritage at Abilene is an exciting, new addition to Overland Property Group's historic rehabilitation portfollio. Located in Abilene, TX, this building was formally known as The Travis Elementary School and has been sitting vacant since 1984, occupying an entire city block. The two original buildings will be rehabilitated to maintain their historic charm and character, and a third building will be constructed to compliment the historic nature of the two original buildings. Once the rehabilitation and construction of the new bulding have been completed, Heritage at Abilene will provide 29 affordable units to the seniors of Abilene. This site will feature ample green space, a community room, and dog park. Residents will call Heritage at Abilene home beginning in February of 2023.
