Riley brings proven expertise in underwriting and structuring affordable housing communities to Overland Property Group. Prior to OPG he was at Hunt Capital Partners, where he collaborated directly with developers and investors to evaluate, model, and close affordable housing transactions nationwide. This included in-depth financial modeling, risk assessment, and project feasibility analysis to ensure both community impact and investor returns.

 

Riley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the University of South Florida, where he graduated with honors on the Dean’s List. Before focusing on LIHTC, he built a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations at ConnectOn and also gained client-facing experience at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

 

At Overland Property Group, Riley leverages his LIHTC underwriting and financial analysis expertise to strengthen the pipeline of innovative, high-quality communities, advancing our mission of building transformative housing that lasts for generations.

 

Riley lives in Denver, Colorado, where he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and outdoor pursuits such as hiking, snowboarding, and golf.
