Raegan started with OPG in May 2023 as a summer intern . Throughout the summer, Raegan worked with the development team on current projects in the pipeline. She got her undergraduate degree at Kansas State University in Strategic Communications with a minor in Urban Planning. In December 2023, Raegan graduated with her her Master's Degree in Real Estate Development at Clemson University, which has exposed her to all aspects of the development process. Her background of experience in the real estate industry is very diverse, as she has worked in architecture, property management, and urban planning.

During her time at Clemson, she has competed in the University of Maryland National Colvin Case Study Competition with two of her classmates, and they came in second. She was also elected class president for her master’s program.

Raegan has always been interested in multifamily development and is eager to learn more about LIHTC deals and all that goes into affordable housing. She is joining OPG with a strong desire to learn and grow within the development industry. 

 

Raegan loves to play pickleball with her friends on the weekends and spend time on the lake during the summers. She loves to travel with her family, and they often take trips to Montana in the winter where she gets to snowboard. Being from Missouri, Raegan is also a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan.
