Peyton Dabasinskas is an Asset Manager at OPG and is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas assets. He works closely with ownership groups and third-party property management teams to maximize asset value, optimize operations, and support long-term investment objectives through strategic financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management.

Originally from Orinda, California, Peyton earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University, where he studied Finance and Marketing. His educational background, combined with his experience in both property management and asset management, has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of real estate operations, investment performance, and client relations.

Outside of work, Peyton enjoys skiing, fly fishing, running and spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid college basketball fan and enjoys following the Zags throughout the season.
