Pat Beatty

Managing Partner

Pat is a co-founder of Overland Property Group (OPG) and has been a partner since 2005. He has worked in all aspects of the business including deal creation and acquisitions, governmental relations, financial closings, construction and design, corporate legal and accounting as well as asset management.  

 

During his 19 years helping lead OPG, the company has branched into six different states and won numerous awards on a national and state-wide level. Pat is known for his focus and passion for OPG and keeping the company's attention on the steps that lead to accomplishing the overall goal and plan. 

 

Before joining OPG, Pat started his career as an intern for US Senator Nancy Kassebaum and a campaign aid for then US Congressman Pat Roberts (later US Senator). He worked in sales as well as developed and operated restaurants which all were building blocks for his success at OPG. Pat has been on numerous local boards including Salina Downtown Inc and the Salina YMCA. He was one of the architects of revitalizing downtown Salina, KS and was recognized by Ingram’s Magazine's issue of  “50 Kansans You Should Know” in March of 2021.

Pat and his wife Stephanie live in Salina, Kansas. They have two sons (Luke, 23 and Austin, 21) who are attending the University of Kansas. Pat is an avid sports fan and likes to travel particularly to Colorado in the summer and Florida in the winter. He is active in daily workouts and loves to hike and ski.
