Gina Young, HCCP, COS, CPM Candidate has been in the apartment/property management industry for over 30 years.   Gina began her career in San Antonio, Texas as a leasing consultant and held positions, including Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President and Sr. Regional Manager.   Gina has overseen luxury, conventional and affordable housing properties in multiple states.

Most recently, Gina served as Sr. Regional Manager over 14 properties in four states including Colorado, Louisiana, New Hampshire and Texas.   Through her career, Gina has been involved with new acquisitions, including due diligence, new construction lease-ups, acquisition rehabs, A, B and C conventional properties as well as tax credit and HUD.

Gina lives in the Houston, TX area with her precious dog, Maisey.  Gina loves spending time with Maisey and her parents, sister and brother-in-law and her incredible nephews and their families.   Gina is an avid reader and loves to walk in the green belt throughout her neighborhood.  Gina is a diehard Oklahoma Sooners fan.

Gina graduated magna cum laude with a BS in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College) in 1997.
