Genevieve "Genna" Blanton joined Overland Property Group in May 2025 as an Asset Manager.

 

She brings more than a decade of experience in affordable housing, with roles that have touched nearly every part of the industry, from consulting and compliance to operations and resident services. Her background has fueled her dedication to affordable housing and helping people access safe, quality homes. At work, she enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and finding practical solutions that make a difference.

Outside of work, Genna loves to spend time with her family, travel with friends, and spoil her dog, Chuckie.
