Eri brings over 10 years of experience in property management, with a strong focus on community and building operations, risk mitigation, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance across large-scale residential and multifamily properties. Before joining Overland Property Group, she spent seven years at DHA, where she built deep expertise in reducing operational and financial risk through hands-on oversight of maintenance programs, contracts, budgets, and claims.
 

At OPG, Eri supports insurance strategy, claims management, vendor coordination, and long-term asset protection across our affordable and mixed-income housing portfolio. She’s known for her collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and her commitment to keeping communities safe, compliant, and running smoothly.
 

Outside of work, Eri loves catching live music and spending time outdoors—camping and hiking with her dog, Louie.
