As Controller, Julie M Cammack is responsible for leading Overland Property Group’s accounting policies and procedures, which includes managing the upper-level financials.

Julie plays a prominent role in implementing procedures for Overland Property Group by establishing proper accounting policies in collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information. Julie oversees support staff, in order to meet the financial reporting obligations required by owners, auditors, tax preparers etc.   
Julie’s attention to detail is proven in her ability in developing budgets, ensuring compliance, tracking expenses, training, cash flow projections, managing processes, establishing internal controls, management proficiency, coordination, and motivating others.  

In additional to taking the position as Controller at Overland Property Group, Julie is currently responsible for the financial reporting for both multi-family and independent senior living communities for Centerpoint Management, LLC.  She also provides experience from preparing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.  Julie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1996 from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY.

Julie lives in South Central Kentucky with her husband of 25 years. She enjoys spending time on the farm, joy rides in their Willy's Jeep and going camping with her dog "Bella".
