Previously, Eric was the Vice President of Development and Construction at the Kansas City based firm Copaken Brooks (CB). During his six-year tenure at CB, Eric led the development of more than $250 million in CRE projects. He was responsible for everything from site acquisition through stabilization on projects that include: The District at City Center Lenexa (mixed-use), Corrigan Station I and II (Office), Arterra (multi-family), Reverb (multi-family), and Midwest Gateway (Industrial). Additionally, Eric led a team that managed the tenant and facilities improvement work across the 5 million square foot portfolio.
